Mrs. Burch's Weekly Update (2/29)

Happy Leap Day! 🐸 We've had a great week so far! I'm posting the update early to remind you that I will be out of the classroom today through Tuesday. You can message Ms. Bertolin on Seesaw or email (bertolinm@howellschools.com) with questions while I'm away. I will have limited access to Seesaw/email. Please contact the office if you need anything. I am confident that your kiddos will be in GREAT hands with Ms. Bertolin and Mrs. Olvin! 😊   

A few reminders:

• Spring Conferences are March 14. I have contacted you if I needed to schedule a spring conference. If you haven't heard from me but would like to meet, please let me know. 

• Do not forget to order your Yearbooks! They're $7. Students will only receive a yearbook if one is ordered online. The Yearbook ID Code is 12174924.

• Please make sure your kiddos have a coat and/or sweatshirt! Our classroom is often chilly and it's usually chilly in the morning for recess. Students are expected to wear their coats if it is less than 50 degrees. We go to morning recess at 9:30 and it's definitely chilly! Please make sure students have coats until it's consistently over 50. Thank you!!

We celebrate birthdays with non-edible treats in 2nd grade. Items like pencils, erasers, and small trinkets are great items for treats! I will still make sure we sing and make your child's day special. Thank you for your cooperation!
