Mrs. Burch's Weekly Update (8/28)

Happy Thursday! We had a fun second week! Don't forget that there is NO School Friday (8/29) or Monday (9/1). Enjoy your Labor Day weekend! 😎

We've been learning and working on classroom expectations and talked a lot about our CARE matrix this week! Ask your kiddos how they can show CARE at Hutchings!

Your child is bringing home their first Book Order today! They're very excited about all the options in the book order! All orders help our classroom earn free books and materials! If you're interested in ordering, please check out our class Book Ordering page! All orders are due online by noon on Friday, September 5. 

Please make sure you are connected on Seesaw! That is where I focus my primary communication and would like ALL parents connected! They LOVE parent comments, so I hope you can all get connected there soon! We have already started posting work! :)

The Mum fundrasier has begun! You may order online until September 11.

• We do not celebrate birthdays with edible treats in 2nd grade, due to several different food allergies. You are welcome to send in a pencil or small trinket for your child to pass out if you would like, but I will make his/her day special regardless! Thank you for understanding!
