Happy Friday! I hope you enjoyed your snow day yesterday! ❄️
🎁 We are shopping at the Holiday Shop on Monday. If you do not have the original envelope, you can send in money for your child to shop in any envelope! Just make sure to list who your child may shop for and how much they are able to spend per person.
🎄Make sure to check out our Holiday Party Sign-up! Thank you in advance for your donations!
PLEASE make sure your child has a coat and winter gear available to bring to school! If you do not, please reach out. We go outside every chance we can, so they need to have to appropriate winter gear!! Thank you for your help with this!
A few reminders:

- Please note: We do not celebrate birthdays with edible treats in 2nd grade. You are welcome to send in a pencil, small toy, or trinket for your child to pass out, if you wish! We will make sure their day is special regardless! 🎉

PTO Update:
The Husky Holiday Shop is coming!
We are excited to host a brand new revamped Holiday Shop this year. In previous years the PTO has used Holiday Shop vendors to provide us items for the shop and in turn they keep about 80% of the profit. Along with this, the prices of these shop items range from $0.25 to $15 which is hard for kids these ages to budget/shop in such a short amount of time. To make the experience a bit easier, shop prices are going to all be on the dollar and range in price from $1 to $6, with most items costing $1 to $3. Within the week we will send home a flyer (with your students shopping day), a preview list of items/prices, and budget envelope for your student.
What’s next? We need volunteers to set up, help our students shop, check out, and wrap gifts; this event can only happen with parents/adults helping students! Please sign up here if you are able.
*As a reminder to volunteer you must have completed a current 24-25 background check on file. If you have not completed one yet this year, please do so as soon as possible and turn into the office by 12/2.
For any additional Husky Holiday Shop questions, please get in touch with hutchingsptotreasurer@
