Mrs. Burch's Weekly Update (11/30)

Hi, parents! I will be out tomorrow, so I'm sending the update a day early. Please check folders for mail coming home today. Also, please remind your child to return his/her homework tomorrow! 😊

The last day for our Annual Food Drive is tomorrow! Our class has 180 items! Each class that earns 200 items, will receive a class reward! I know we can do it! Tomorrow is the last Spirit Day--Crazy Hair/Hat Day. Please bring a can or $1 to participate. 🥫💰

🐾 Roo will be back to Hutchings before we know it!! If you would like to purchase an item for Roo's return, please visit Roo's Amazon Wish List

We will have one more book order before Christmas--due on Monday, December 4! That is the final day I can make sure books will arrive before break, so please make sure to order before Monday at noon, if you want books before break! (I have not sent home new book orders with the kids because Scholastic has not sent me a new one! However, you can still place orders online!) Books make GREAT gifts! If you place an order that you want to keep a surprise, please let me know and I'll put in the office for you to pick up when it arrives! Here's the direct link to place your orders!

On Thursday, December 14th, from 6 to 7 p.m., Howell Public Schools is offering an insightful session on school avoidance as part of its monthly family educational series. This webinar will explore common causes and offer strategies to address this challenge. Attend in person at the Howell High School Freshman Campus Media Center, with refreshments and child care available (register at https://bit.ly/3QXLWGL) or join online at https://cookcenter.info/Dec14Livingston. Don't miss this opportunity to support your child's educational journey!
