Mrs. Burch's Weekly Update (10/7)

Hello parents! We had a great week! The color run was a blast! I know the kiddos had a great time! Please check seesaw for the pictures. 

I am most proud of your child's writing this week! They are working so hard on writing across pages and adding in details! I can't wait for you to see their published writing in a couple weeks! 

Book orders are due on Tuesday! Order online: clubs.scholastic.com with our class code GZKBK!

Look for the Field Trip permission slip coming home today! I will do the chaperone drawing next week and let you know who will be joining us, since we only have room for 3 chaperones this trip. There will be more opportunities to chaperone this year! Thanks for understanding!

We have some October Spirit Days coming up! October 13 is Camo Day and October 28 is U of M vs. MSU day! Go green!! 💚

Reminders:

We celebrate birthdays with non-edible treats in 2nd grade due to numerous allergies! Items like pencils, erasers, and small trinkets are great items for treats! I will still make sure we sing and make your child's day special. Thank you for your cooperation!
