Mrs. Burch's Weekly Update (2/11)

Hi, families! We're having a fun week! Don't forget that tomorrow is a half-day and dismissal is at 12:05pm.

Our Valentine exchange will be on Monday afternoon. Your child does not need to write individual names on their valentines, but some enjoy doing so. Either way is fine! He/she should also bring a bag/box to hold valentines. It doesn't need to be anything elaborate, though! :) 

There is NO SCHOOL Friday, February 18, or Monday, February 21 for Winter Break & President's Day.

Spring Conferences are March 10 in the evening and are scheduled on an as-needed basis. I will be in touch to let you know if you need to schedule a time! If you have concerns and would like to meet, please let me know! :)

As I mentioned before, I earned the Hawaii incentive trip for my scrapbooking side-gig, so I will not be in school Feburary 22-March 3. Ms. Burkholder will be subbing during that time. I know the kiddos are excited about this and will be in good hands! She will have access to my seesaw and you can also reach out to her via email at burkhols@howellschools.com. If you have end of day transportation changes, please make sure to notify the office, too. I will not post a weekly update on February 25, but will do so once I return.

Stella Diaz book for One School One Book Important info! Please make sure your family is keeping up with the book. We have trivia on Tuesdays and Thursdays based on the assigned reading.
